Properties of the Star of David Pendant
The Star of David cut crystal was invented by IBM research scientist and energy healer Marcel Vogel, founder of Psychic Research, Inc. He was part of the team that invented the coating on computer hard drives that holds the memory.

The Star of David crystals have two sides. The front is flat and has an upward pointing triangle. The back is fatter and has a downward pointing triangle.
The front face is the male face, and it transmits light energy.
The back face is the female face, and it receives light energy.
When you wear the Star of David pendant, you put the female side next to your heart, and the male side is pointing out, away from your body. When you see the translucent crystal from the front it appears to have a Star of David engraved on it, because of the two triangles cut into the faces.
This way, the female, receptive side of the crystal will pick up the energy coming from your heart, the citrine will transmute that energy into a very high frequency vibration, and the male side of the crystal will radiate that high frequency light energy in all directions around you, enveloping you and filling your aura with the cleansing, healing energy. This strengthens your aura and helps protect your from unwanted, intrusive energies of all kinds in your environment.

Take the oil or flower essence and put a drop or two on the female side of the crystal. Place the crystal male side down on the part of the body you wish to treat. Place your hand over the female side of the crystal and direct your life force energy into the crystal from the chakra in the palm of your hand. Pray for healing.
The female side of the crystal will pick up the subtle energies from the flower essences, the crystal will amplify theat energy, and combine that healing energy with the energy from your palm chakra and from Source. Golden Labradorite is an extremely rare form of the feldspar crystal known as labradorite, which usually occurs as heavily striated formations with colors ranging from whitish-grey to yellow, pink and red. Golden labradorite is often translucent and gems of high clarity are prized by connoisseurs, Lightworkers, rockhounds and mineralogists alike.
Golden Labradorite is said by crystal healers to promote clarity of vision, both inner and outer, to enhance analytical faculties, and to cleans, purify, strengthen and open the third chakra.
The third chakra, called the Manipura chakra in Sanskrit, is located above the navel, and is connected to the solar plexus in the physical body.

An open, healthy Manipura chakra is likened by yogis to a radiant sun, and is a storehouse of the individual's prana, or chi energy. The Manipura chakra is related to issues of empowerment, will, and the ability to manifest one's intentions in the world. A healthy Manipura chakra instills qualities of courage, right action, leadership, self-worth, self-respect, inner radiance, and self-worth.
Golden Labradorite is said to be a very protective stone, like Citrine, repelling negative energies and thought forms and helping to cleanse and purify body, mind and aura of unwanted, stuck energies. Mineralogical and Metphysical Properties of Citrine
Citrine is a powerful semi-precious stone which is a rare, more powerful form of quartz crystal, characterized by a yellow color, ranging from white to deep copper. It is less common in nature than amethyst (another member of the quartz family, and one of the two semi-precious stones present in ametrine) but both are found in quartz veins, as well as volcanic locations and elsewhere in nature.
The color of citrine derives from small amounts (approximately 40 parts per million) of iron in the quartz. The difference between citrine and amethyst is only the oxidation state of the iron present in the quartz. Citrine typically is formed when an amethyst becomes heated to the point where the iron held within the crystal undergoes a further stage of oxidation.
Citrine is considered by metaphysical rock hounds to be a stone of strong protection because of its ability to cleanse the aura. Citrine is said to aid in digestion and to activate the thymus, which regulates our immune system, thus promoting health and well-being. In addition, citrine is said to provide a feeling of comfort and optimism. I must admit, that when I wear or work with citrine, I have a great sense of well being and protection.
Citrine activates, opens and energizes the third chakra, including the navel and solar plexus, stimulating both the physical body and the mind, increasing endurance and elevating energy levels while promoting emotional balance. Citrine is an excellent stone for clearing the aura of negative emotions.

Used in energy healing, citrine is said to transmit the golden light of unity consciousness, which is tuned to the very highest vibrations of an open eighth chakra -- the chakra above the crown of the head, said by the Western New Age chakra system to be the location of the Higher Self.
