This Full Moon in Pisces conjunct Neptune, in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, the water element predominates in the physical, astral and mental realms of being. Boundaries and structures are dissolving, in inner and outer worlds, and we are challenged by a turbo-charged emotional atmosphere in which even the most stolid experience trans-personal, empathic connections that call forth a heart-centered response to the suffering we see around us.

It is time for a New New Deal. The disaster in New Orleans is so immense that only a co-ordinated, co-operative national response is adequate to the occasion. Nothing less than a total re-orientation of our society and our way of life will do.

It is a time of seasonal transition in our little world, and a time of environmental, cultural, and spiritual transformation for the world at large. It is only by opening our hearts that we can heal our personal afflictions and help heal global wounds.

At the time of this Libra Full Moon Aries Solar Festival, we celebrate the blending of the energies of Aries and Libra. Esoterically, Aries represents the egoistic personality, and Libra the Cosmic Equilibrium of the Higher Self.

This can lead to empowerment.

This month the Grand Cardinal Cross re-forms in the sky, activating global financial, geo-strategic and environmental crises. The Washington debt crisis. The Syrian crisis. The Fukushima crisis. It's time to ask for discernment, vision, strength and courage, and to send love and light to all involved!
