I create Talismans for both beauty and their healing energies. A Talisman is a sacred object infused with spiritual energies. I may receive information about a client in a dream or meditation, even before they contact me. After a consultation by phone, email or in person, I perform a Talisman meditation on behalf of the querent. The framework for the Talisman will then be created through guidance and prayer, infused with crystal, Reiki energies, and/or color energies. I then use vibrational healing methods along with my background as a visual artist to create a work of beauty to be worn or placed nearby the querent. Each piece is unique and may be created in mixed media, paper, metal or even a photograph, then tailored to the healing or transformative information received.
My work hopes to function as a bridge for the mind to the realm of myth and hieroglyph, as a ritual in which the viewer consciously or unconsciously regains contact with the higher realms of consciousness embodied by intuition, mystical unity, and divine play. We are the continuous and conscious witness to our own evolution.
